Our client in the investment business is seeking to hire a Saudi National as HR Manager. His responsible for personnel affairs, talent acquisition, benefits administration, training and development, government relations, and compliance and has experience in developing the company organization chart.
Be the point of contact for all matters related to personnel.
Provide periodic reports about personnel activities to facilitate tracking of information including but not limited to vacations, attendance, and employment contract details.
Address employee inquiries regarding the company’s HR policies and personnel affairs matters.
Coordinate the preparation of the annual manpower plan.
Perform job analysis and prepare job descriptions.
Source and interview candidates.
Facilitate the new hire on boarding process.
Maintain a record of all recruitment activities
Recommend benefits that increase employee satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate and administer health insurance benefits.
Conduct market research for salaries and present reports.
Training and Development
Assist in identifying and assessing training and development needs.
Assist in the development of training and development programs.
Research and develop partnerships with external providers and agencies such as the Human Resources Development Fund
Oversee government relations activities.
Oversee company accounts in government websites such as GOSI, Muqeem, Tamm, MOL, MOFA, and MOI.
Prepare a periodic report outlining government relations activities and transactions.
Ensure all personnel and HR matters are in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
A bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in HR, 2 years of which must be in a progressively responsible role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
In depth understanding of Human Resources functions such as personnel affairs management, talent acquisition, benefits, and training and development
Excellent command of Saudi labor law and best practices in industry
Thorough understanding of recruitment platforms and strategies
Job analysis and job description development
Background in training and development plans and resources
Exposure to all government relations platforms (Muqeem, GOSI etc.. )
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Ability to engage, motivate and inspire people
